We want you to feel beautiful in your JessaKae pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for easy drop-off at authorized locations.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Receive Your Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a JessaKae digital gift card via email or ship out your requested exchange items.
